NatWest don't want to speak to you. Cora is another way for them to offer a feeble half measure. Cora can only deal with very basic issues. When it fails, it passes you to a customer team member who can offer a greater range of responses but are barely any more capable of dealing with a complaint. That said, when I eventually spoke to a human at NatWest, they weren't much help either. They seem to be exclusively staffed by people who don't know anything.
