The product is invaluable, the staff at the branch in Motherwell, are absolutely fantastic, they show genuine interest and care for the clients.

I still do my banking face to face, the staff are pleased to see you, pleasant and efficient. They also have knowledge of their products and what is suitable for me. They do not push sales and so encourage brand loyalty in their customers.
