A friendly bank, genuinely doing new things with bank accounts and adding new features like flex which is like a better credit card.

Very pleased with the improvements to the Freetrade app this year - they have delivered on better stats and info on stocks, and I intend to use the SIPP with them when it fully launches. The team have been responsive whenever I have a question. Very happy with them so far.

Listens to customers, really friendly customer support via chat, down-to-earth management. Exactly what you don't expect from a bank.

They're just getting started with this replacement for high street accountants which ties in to your bank account, but it's looking very interesting.
