Appalling customer service, being told I have to wait a month for a hire car after an accident. They simply will not provide you with one, it just won’t happen. Don’t even bother trying to get through on the phone, they continually pass the buck between themselves, Vizion and the repairer. I wish I had never got involved with this awful company. Simply the worst, please, for your peace of mind, use a different insurer.
