TSB really cares

TSB really shows an interest in actively helping customers. Every year I receive a call from my local branch inviting me in to see if there are ways they can help me. I feel really valued and will never leave TSB. The staff in branch and always helpful and smiling. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2019

Good Credit Cards

Brilliant Credit Card - Helped me out

Nationwide has really helped me. As an 18 year old with no credit history, Nationwide was the only high street reputable lender that was offering me a credit card after carrying out Elegibility checkers. Good customer services over telephone and in branch. Credit card offered with good credit limit for an 18 year old. Online quotation given gives the customer to confidence to apply before a credit search is done. Shame about the recent cashback reduction but it’s a sign of the times and not Nationwide’s fault. It’s positive that Virgin Money offers credit cards for all purposes including money transfer, balance transfer, purchases and traveling. A Virgin Money cashback Credit Card would be a good product to introduce. It is misleading that Virgin Money sometimes gives a ‘Pre-approved’ eligibility rating on comparison sites such as Experian Credit Matcher however may decline them after making an application. This is not putting the customer first or treating them fairly. I would like to see Virgin Money improve their digital services by introducing a mobile banking app where customers can manage their credit cards on their device and Apple and Android pay. Many other credit card issuers have this service. The online service via the website is very good because you can carry out most transactions, see duplicate statements, offers and view you pin. The telephone is always answered promptly and the staff are always helpful in card services. I really hope Virgin Money truly listen to the feedback on this review site and embrace it to continue to provide a good customer experience.
