Honestly, they were just always delaying responses I required and I had many problems with them allowing unexpected money to leave my account. I closed my account with them

I needed an urgent loan because I had been kicked out of my house and needed money to survive. I decided to go to Lloyds bank for a loan. The money was in my account immediately. The staff was very polite and he explained everything in detail. Not to mention the fact that I was given a £20 voucher at the end of the year to eat at a French restaurant as a result of me taking out a loan with them.
