The app is very user-friendly and whenever I had an issue, it was promptly resolved by their CS staff.

I joined Starling at the end of November.
I have contacted Customer Service on 3 occasions, and each time, I received a prompt and friendly response to my queries.
I have also used CASS to switch my bank account, and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a new home for their money to consider Starling Bank. The app is feature-rich and s;lick, so both the soft product (customer service) and the hard product (the app and its functionality) definitely deserve an award.
