Very poor, in fact "unresponsive", communication Communication and time taken to resolve claims is very VERY poor. It has been left to me all the way through my claim to chase Hastings for response. Continually promised a call back by relevant departments - but nothing! Totally unresponsive. Its now 5 weeks since my claim and still not resolved! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2018
