DON’T!!!!! YES!!!!!! I thought this is good bargain too and bought the policy. Until I need to be rescued THE INCIDENT I had a puncture on the 9th September 2022. LONG WAIL FOR EMERGENCY CALL TO BE ANSWERED, only to be told that, the assistant will take a while to come and all tyre shops will be closed and they do not stock any tyre. I eventually call a private mobile tyre fitting myself. THE REIMBURSEMENT Today is the 6th October 2022. They still have not agreed to reimburse me. they kept asking for the right format of the bill. The fact that the mobile tyre fitting was done on a road where I had the incident. The bill was hand written on the site. This is not valid bill to claim. I went back to the mobile tyre man 3 times for new bill, still not acceptable by them. Furthermore, they only cover maximum payment of £70 minus the £30 excess. So, this is a £40 CLAIMED for an incident. I NOW GAVE UP AND LET THEM KEEP THE MONEY. No more time will be wasted. I am now having to get a new breakdown cover from another reliable and decent company to protect myself. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! NOT CHEAP AS IT SEEMS!!!!!!! Reviewed on: 6th October 2022
