I mirror what other customers are saying here. Pension decimated. I wrote to complain and they said I can escalate that complaint (along with a lot of waffle about how funds go up and down etc...yes, we all know that) but I don't feel have the financial knowledge to argue with them. It is very upsetting when you watch your pension just draining away to nothing after years of saving
