One of several companies I had quotes from last year and got the most friendly and constructive of responses. Each person I spoke to happy to spend time following up on my questions to make sure I got the cover I needed. Renewal is due in a few months, I hope to be able to stay with them.

The friendly and informal manner of the advisors made a tedious process (all those questions they have to ask!) more pleasurable. The rates are fair too, and with a mainstream underwriter.
