Mis-sold, awful support and disgusting service!

Avoid at all costs. I took out the policy out based on being able to get a courtesy car whilst any repairs are done. The wait for courtesy car is at least 3 weeks and then it is unlikely one would be avialble. They outsource the repairs to different company and blame them for a lack of service. After the calling the accident in I have had to chase all communications as they do not respond. I asked for an email address to make a complaint and was told there is no email address, I asked them to confirm that there is not a single person in the company I can have written communication for my records to make a complaint and was told no. They miss-sell they will provide a courtesy car and when I questioned why it is because they are busy dealing with all the other costumers so nothing is available. Completely mis-sold and they will not help in any way. I questioned how they could include that in the policy and advertise it as a benefit to the policy and they blamed being busy with others. Complete false advertising and they will mislead you! DO NOT USE! Reviewed on: 19th October 2022
