All of a sudden I can't switch funds online. Passed from one department to another over a protracted period on phone. Asked to do screenshots and send to specific department who would sort it. They've now told me it's not them and to ring another department (that I've already spoken to. Just part of a game of pass the customer. No ownership or responsibility just a game of pass the customer! Disgusted.
