If you have anything other than a very basic simple question that can be linked to a tick box, Cora is absolutely useless. Against my better judgment, I tried it again today to sort out an overpayment. I thought I had got somewhere when it offered to repay my funds if I could just confirm my account and sort code number I've been trying to do that ever since, but keep coming up aginst Cora asking me what I think of its service.......... My only option is to physically go to the bank tomorrow which is ridiculous as this is such a simple request. Digital assistant? I think not.
