I had difficulty in remembering one of the security questions in my account. The only way to resolve this is to call customer services. I have been calling for over a week and waited over 1 hour several times but cannot get through. I therefore cannot access my money. There is no online chat facility and I have no response to my emails. So basically they will not let me withdraw my money which is very concerning and annoying.
