Not good takes to long

The call center could not answer my question and told me to use cora. So slow as 1. It took ages to get through security. The person didn't understand my question and repeated same answer then out me through to another department who told me the account didn't exist when I was looking at it. Asked for a transcript and told to do it myself. I followed instructions didn't get a copy and call dropped. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2022
