Just look at the other reviews it's so true. My car hasn't been picked up I have reported the claim in November 2022 my car is now gathering mould. It takes me an hour to an hour half to get through
I've spent over 20 hours in phone calls. I have no courtesy car I'm having to take cabs, my partner is disabled and its costing a lot to get about.
I will definitely not deal with axa in future

Just read the reviews from other its true they always pass you to someone else.
So many calls to them but none back from them.
I have guaranteed replacement car
Its been over a week, nothing not even call from them. They blame others 3rd party's. Wish I read reviews before taken out any policy with them, never again.
