SSE Boiler Cover

I would not recommend anyone taking out SSE boiler breakdown cover due to my recent experience. I had 9 days of ringing up SSE to try and resolve my boiler issue with having no hot water. SSE are now soley reliant on sub-contractors to fix their customers boiler problems and their customer service is very poor when it comes to getting a reliable engineer out to you. Communication is terrible and management refuse to speak with you although they are all to quick to take you're money for the call out charge. You're a disgrace SSE and you certainly need to get your act together! Reviewed on: 2nd January 2023
