I have been charged extortionate overdraft fees. They do very little to help over the phone. I have not had this experience with other banks.

Nationwide puts their customers first. Their FlexPlus account provides excellent value for money. It includes phone insurance, travel insurance (including winter sports), breakdown cover and more. The best thing is the longer you stay with them, the more they reward your loyalty.
