They appear to have good rates of interest on the products I've invested in. Also whilst there were low interest rates it was worth taking out some Windfall bonds on the off chance I won something - not yet though.

Family Building Society communicate well without inundating you with emails. They have a good range of products and the interest rates are usually comparable with other companies. The windfall bonds I think are quite unique and although not high interest give you the chance of winning one of the prizes so while interest rates are low are worth a shot.

Good rate, fast delivery

I ordered on a Friday(after cut off time) and asked for Mon delivery however it was delivered on the Saturday. Should have asked for mixed for one currency as ended up with all in S$10 but I'll know next time. Only problem was when I went to pay the card I was using wasn't 3D secure - didn't realise it was needed till it rejected payment. By time I'd rung for advice then used another card my exchange rate had gone down so bit disappointed.
