Had a horrible experience trying to sign up for Starling - customer service staff were so unhelpful.
Got an account at Monzo, which is great!!

Everything is so user friendly and easy. Had to change my direct debit details a few times and Zopa make it so easy, no 'faff'!! Love it!!
