I've had a saving account with Shawbrook for the last couple of years. I've never needed to contact them so I cant comment on their customer service, but I get regular standard emails from them, and the interest rates are good so I'm very happy with my savings choice.

Great that I can ring them up and they know me, answer my questions, and can advise on and approve loans quickly - just really helpful
