My late son had a loan with AA. He passed away in May 2020. After his death the loan was written off (as required by law). Every year since then AA send an annual statement (in my sons name) with an outstanding balance. I have rung every year (3 times now) and each time they assure me they will drop the letters. The letters are a terrible reminder of what happened and I just wish they would stop.
