Virgin have been excellent and although switched to them and now not internet free they have never let me down when I needed the security of a card abroad or at home and customer service, the app and speaking with them, I can’t fault them.

Have banked for years but concerned with their fossil fuel investments and others quite annoying text system when setting up standing orders or alerts
