Poor customer service and communication

The customer service team are not only rude, unhelpful but very inefficient and unable to do basic tasks or communicate properly. There is no syncing or cohesion clearly, they fail to add notes to your file or properly update information on your policy or account. 
They request documents from you and you send them to emails they have given, as well as uploading to a portal and then there are staff who are still so totally clueless asking you for documents and demanding you send them. 
I uploaded documents to portal and sent all requested documents not 10 times but probably close to 15 or more because each time i got a clueless email back saying "we havent received this document yet" although i sent it last week to the proper and correct email. They dont bother to update the account, check your previous emails, check the attachments, check the portal. They are consistently lazy and bad at their jobs. 
I attached the no claim bonus and the guy replied asking for it, he clearly hadnt checked my portal document or the attachment to check if it was there
All they do is waste customer time, do a poor job and send threatening email for policy cancellation. I told them about 100 times the V5 log book is under policy holder now and updated, and im waiting for dvla to send back. They do not acknowledge this and are rude, poor customer service, clueless and dont care about doing a job well or efficiently. 
I only spoke to one nice, polite and smart person on the phone, i should have got her name because she was the only one with a brain in the customer service team. 
GoSkippy are a threatening, poorly managed and terrible insurance company.
You can do everything in ur power to communicate, send correct documents, be honest and provide info and call them several times, they will still speak to you blankly as if you havent done anything they requested.
Total inefficiency, hope to never do insurance here again - Reviewed on: 21st January 2023
