TSB use Integrar for mortgages. Integrar are inefficient and poor and have a review rating of one to two stars. I raised the issues I had with TSB and then said that others had said there were issues. TSB were going to look into it, but nothing has changed and they still use integrar. The mortgage staff and products at TSB might be fine, but they use Integrar and that is where it will all fall down. Avoid unless they change from Integrar.
