Really terrible experience. I cancelled my policy after 3 and a half months to go onto the same insurance as my partner and after having the £55 cancellation fee paid they've managed to swindle me out of a further £150.
No way to get my money back or resolve over the phone.
Do not get insured with them if you can avoid it.
The people on the phone are generally really nice but the system that are operating within is designed to get as much money out of policy holders as possible.
