Absolute scam they twist and manipulate everything you say

Son has modified van for weekends declared modifications paid insurance then they started with almost threatening emails demanding more money or they will cancel insurance making it difficult to get insurance with anyone else they twisted everything he said and he had paid another 600 to them and now they are disputing his previous no claims they are just after more money and I have reported to trading standard's never in my 50 years of driving have I ever encountered such unethically behaviour definitely a call centre based company with couldn't care less employees just making money
