The local Forres Branch of RBS are my only contact with the bank. If the rest of RBS treat their customers as well as the Forres branch do, then this is without doubt the best bank I have every used.

Website so user friendly, ordered 3 lots of travel money. Great rates, better rates for Nectar Card holders and delivered free of charge to my home. Just so easy to use!
