Very easy to use app and security is second to none.
I trust that my money is in good hands which gives me peace of mind.
They also have great offers like Round Up's Savings Accounts and big money competitions on the odd occasion (sometimes winnings of £10'000!).
Moved from Lloyds and never looked back.

Opened my first account through Lloyds when I was 16 and have stuck with them all the way through to this very day (am 27 now). Never let me down and were very helpful and speedy at resolving the issue I had when I got scammed via a fraudulent e-mail when I was at University (was more naive then than I am now). Keep it up Lloyds!
