I am very happy with Aviva insurance - my premium went down rather than up this year, which was unusual and very welcome! I recently added a high-value item to my insurance, and found the process (which I was able to complete online) very straightforward. All round good provider, and very user-friendly! Excellent account; shame about charge and lower interest

Great account - shame about the interest

I really like my 123 account and credit card. The cash back and interest I earn each month more than pays for the account charge. It’s a shame however, that the interest rate was reduced from 3% to 1.5%, however, this obviously reflects the overall market, and is more generous than most providers. Reviewed on: 5th January 2019

Reduced Interest

We used to love our 123 accounts, which gave us a great return on our savings (5%), but unfortunately, since this was reduced (to 1.5%) it's much reduced and our savings are better off elsewhere. Other than that, we really like the account though. Reviewed on: 11th February 2018
