It a pleasure to visit the Leek branches. The staff are most helpful, friendly and efficient and any problems or advice needed is always forthcoming and they always 'go the extra mile' to help. The service provided is far superior, in my opinion, to the impersonal online banking services provided elsewhere. My family have been investors for many years.
