We applied in branch on Saturday 20th January 2018. Telephone interview with a mortgage advisor on Wednesday 24th January 2018 mortgaged offered and paperwork with my solicitors by Friday 26th and mortgage offer received by us on Monday 29th. All completed on Thursday 15th February. Would definitely recommend Santander and our solicitors Jarmans based in Sittingbourne, Kent.
