Just Like the Big Banks they supposedly compete against, Zopa is no better. You are just a number all the same. Blanket offers will get sent to you, and you are quite likely to be disappointed, so don't waste your life.
Weird policy on not even considering you for a loan or a loan increase if you have been turned down making you wait for 6 months.
Impersonal service, just like the banks, except you feel like you are dealing with a bunch of amateurs instead of a professional outfit.
