TSB portray themselves on TV as different from other banks.
They are - their systems are worse.
I switched to TSB over Christmas and I am regretting the move.
Most banks will allow you to pay funds in on the day when standing orders go out. Simples! Not TSB. They will bounce your Standing order and charge you for the privilege.
This lack of flexibility is very frustrating - and expensive.
Can anyone recommend a bank that is actually any good? It surely can't be rocket science to get it right.
