Like all good things, comes to an end....a bad end!

I was pleased when I found this site, as the gadget insurance was a lot cheaper but its not until you go to make a claim that you really find out what the company is like. In order to get my phone repaired they requested a payment four times more than my excess, telling me that all this was in the small print! Beware!!!!!
