Our buyers applied for a mortgage with this shambles of a company about 10weeks ago. The initial survey/valuation report was done about a week later. 8 weeks plus on we are still waiting to find out if they have their mortgage offer. They have chased them, the broker has chased them, but still no nearer. We have lost the house we were going to buy whilst waiting for our buyers. As far as I can see they are a waste of time. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! If you are a seller make sure your buyer isn't using this company!
