Went into Sunderland bank to let them know I was selling my house and a large amount of money would be coming into my bank account. I explained I would be in Spain and would be withdrawing large amounts of money. Notes were put on computer to make sure all would go smoothly. What a waste of time it's cost me 400 pounds because of late payments to other banks because what the tsb told me was incorrect and there is nothing they can do. Everyone I don't like will be recommended to the tsb can't think of a worse thing I could do to someone. Thanks for nothing hope you improve when you get taken over. What they should do is close you down. I know the tsb don't care about bad reviews however I feel much better letting people know how bad the tsb is.
