Shameful service

To say the customer service is poor is not an accurate assessment, as there is absolutely no customer service at all. Being burgled is bad enough, having to deal with More Than and their associated partners is probably as bad as they are just as criminal in the way they operate. They avoid calls, emails and find a loop hole in every aspect of the claim. Having paid a hefty £700 premium for home and content cover, the burglary has left me out of pocket to cover the items damaged or stolen. No consideration or interest whatsoever and adamantly refuse to inform you of any complaint process. MORE THAN ? I don`t think so. Reviewed on: 20th March 2018
