I had a 2 year ISA mature recently and instead of Kent Reliance putting the money into a holding account they put it into another 2 year ISA paying a dismal amount of interest and now want to charge nearly £300 penalty to transfer it. They only give you a two week window to make other arrangements as I was still on holiday for part of it and spent the rest of the time trying to arrange a transfer that proved impossible in that short space of time. Try and ring customer service or head office you get connected to one of those terrible overseas call centres. I was horrified to discover they are dealing with my money.
