Absolute rip off artists. DO NOT USE FIRST CENTRAL.
- Cost more than my renewal from previous insurer but thought what the hell as I needed to insure my car quickly and I could do it online to be insured immediately and my insurer didn't open until 9am.
- The proceeded to put my policy up £100's for little known reason
- Asked for a load of proof, like driving licence, DVLA code, Proof of no claims etc. which was inconvenient but also received many threatening emails and letters saying they would cancel my policy. Chillax, it was doing it!
- Tried to change my occupation - wanted to charge me almost £90!!!
- Cancelled as they are a bunch of charlatans, and cost me £80!!!
DO NOT USE and GOD HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE AN ACCIDENT.
