I open a cash Isa can’t put money in there’s a problem with the verification documents I suppose as nobody can explain, a sent documents twice already spoke to someone over the phone no help at all after more than half hour waiting they don’t seem to know anything, tried to close the account can’t be done only in writing today I went to the nearest bank in Piccadilly it was closed today god knows why so frustrating.
