Paid for theft insurance, had my phone stolen and no payout.

I have theft and loss cover which i pay extra for, had my phone stolen, they wouldn't cover it. Have crime reference numbers, been with them for years, as soon as i want to make a claim, sorry nope! Stay clear, been requesting their T&Cs for days and still nothing. Absolute rip off. That will teach me for being honest with these **** bags, should have just said i lost it down the pub, maybe i would have had a chance at getting my phone replaced. Typical insurance company, any loop hole so they dont have to pay out. Why look after your loyal customers when you can just shaft them and move on?
