Don't be fooled like me and use Post Office. When you need them most... which is when you are needing to make a claim they are beyond shocking.
Seriously I can't describe how bad the service is and leaves you frustrated and even more stressed at a time when you don't need any more stress.
It seems that the post office are just a broker like many other companies, but they also outsource the call centres and now use Enterprise Rent a Car to manage your claim! I've had to spend hours now on the phone trying to get someone to help me with my claim and all they do is say that they are a broker and I have to deal with Axa.
Seriously don't make the same mistake as me and think that Post Office is an ethical company and your insurance is safe with them. It isn't. And their set-up for customer services response is so poor.
Will never use them or any of the post office services again.
