I don't know if I want to recommand HSBC to my friend and family but for an amazing lady who help me so so badly ,maybe!
Her name is Parmendar Kaur and work on Harrow branch in London and I must tell everyone that lady is amazing! So focus in customer services,so polite and kind,so dedicated, help me when I was really desperate and keep me update all the time with details about my tranzaction.
Other person who help me even if I don't know her is Jagjit Gill,an extraordinaire manager with an extraordinaire attention to people who chasing my account and offer me her help.
If HSBC hired more people like this the HSBC world become much better!
