I really love the customer service of nationwide. Whenever you need to contact them about an issue, you can always get through to them very quickly. I recently had an issue with my debit card and nationwide were fantastic in getting this sorted out and the issue was resolved within a couple of days so I was very pleased about it.

The customer service of Natwest is excellent. Whenever I have had an issue with natwest, for example fraudlent transactions on my account, natwest were pretty good in trying to get this resolved or when I lost my card, again Natwest were very efficient in trying to get it resolved and I was still able to access my money.
