Still waiting on them sorting the crack in my sunroof but when calling customer services you get palmed off into different departments, staff says they are new or the computer is down, then they say they will call you back and they don't complete joke

customer service is appalling, had my sunroof cracked on a carpark so called autoglass from octagons website, they arranged to come up but at the last minute they wopuldn't fit it because octagon haven't authorised it. Have been several calls over the last few weeks to either be on hold for ages, cut off, passed around to different departments and still it has not been arranged to get my sunroof repeared. some one was meant to call me back but nope
