Awful to deal with! Will never be using again

Was with them for 4 years. When the time came to make a claim, it took 2+ hours to get through to anyone each time I rang and took them months to authorise work to be done at my local garage, I had to ring numerous times to chase it up and was fobbed off with a different excuse every time. They have now recognised a fault with my telematics box and sent an email saying they had contacted me multiple times asking me to ring them about it (I had received nothing from them). I rang and asked if I could arrange for the engineer to come out after my final university exams were over as I was in the middle of them and wouldn’t be able to leave an exam to give an engineer my keys to which I was told ‘well surely you can just leave your keys with a flat mate on the day and use public transport instead can’t you?’ Even though I had explained all of my flat mates would also be in exactly the same exams as me! I requested an appointment on a specific date which is just under a month away when my exams are finished to be told they can’t wait that long and they will be cancelling my policy.
