Personal guarantees only. Totally worthless in the hands of FC. They are not transparent, they treat investors like dirt. They just give your money away. Don't go near them. Just flush your money down the loo. DD is terrible. "Experts' cant even assess a balance sheet.

One call name is ironic! They spent a week and a half messing me about and then said they weren't going to deal with the claim and were referring me on to the actual insurer! Who have dealt with everything in one day. Why waste time going through these cowboys? Rude, uncommunicative, always need to ring another team, can't accept large files on email (like dash cam footage) forms you filled in come back unfilled. Total waste of your time. Don't do it. Avoid

I would usually shy away from risk but as i am not earning I need to make my savings work for me. I chose Archover and some other P2P lenders due to the ease of use and understanding of the website and the interest rate but also the double security it does offer. It was well recommended and I have so far been impressed by the simplicity it offers. Early days is the only reason i wouldn't rush to recommend to family.

I was paying double for buildings only insurance than I was quoted by Direct line for buildings, legal and rent guarantee.
