TSB don't seem to understand small business an seem more keen to grab market share than update their systems and processes, simple things like setting up a small overdraft take weeks and need unnecessary amounts of paperwork.
Setting up on line banking or telephone banking is also a joke, they have no real business app only an authentication app which they forced on customers with no alternative and doesn't always work.
In short, if you are looking for a business account avoid TSB, they are 10 years behind everyone else.
